Ben Matley
Co-Founder and Director of Strategic Partnerships
Ben is a proven entrepreneur with a passion for taking start-ups from infancy into established, profitable organisations. With a varied portfolio of businesses ben’s achievements are commendable and exciting. Ben’s journey began in the boating industry, founding a world champion powerboat team, going on to make significant achievements including the only powerboat racing team to win the prestige excellence award from the American Chamber of Commerce, winning two world championships in the prestige world power boat series P1. Ben retired from racing, transitioning this knowledge and expertise into a strategist role, saving failing businesses, globally and sending them on an exponential journey back to profitable, thriving organisations.Â
Ben has seen first-hand the impact such a sport can have on the environment, now it’s time to start reversing that impact and make positive change. Ben’s tenacity and passion for driving change bears no exception when it comes to our planet and is excited to be a part of this challenging yet rewarding opportunity.

Michael White
Co-Founder and Director of Sustainability
Michael’s entrepreneurship spans across the sporting, property and tech industries. Born in West Africa, raised in the UK, Michael has been building his success from a very young age, instilling his core personal values into his professional projects, with hard work and discipline. This has given Michael a strong grounding to succeed, his portfolio oozes innovation, fresh ideas and this is channelled into emerging markets, Net Zero being part of that journey. Michael, a visionary Class Q developer, an early adopter of Crypto and Blockchain tech, and a well renowned entrepreneur has a strong network of clients, coupled with a desire and passion to tackle climate change. Â
Michael brings a wealth of knowledge to drive the change needed to achieve our Net Zero goals. Michael has seen the impact of climate change first hand; he is an ambassador for environmental and social initiatives, driving change in highly impacted areas like Zimbabwe, Zanzibar, Zambia and his native Sierra Leone.  Â
Paul Sackey
Co-Founder and Global Sales DirectorÂ
A sporting icon with a successful career playing rugby for England, London Wasps, Stade Francaise, British lions and the Barbarians. Paul has built a wealth of contacts and a strong network of C-Suite clients, celebrities, investors and entrepreneurs through his international sporting journey, Paul leverages these long-lasting relationships to influence, drive and promote his projects and Net Zero World is at the top of his agenda. Â
Paul has increased his concern for Environmental issues over the years, working with charities in his native country of Ghana and supporting businesses who demonstrate their desire and motivation for saving our planet by reducing their carbon footprint. This work led to the conception of Net Zero World and with Paul’s business knowledge, wealth of contacts and innovative approach, his contribution is creating positive change. Paul has onboarded valuable partners to join Net Zero World on their campaign to a making the world a safer, more sustainable and happier place.  Â
